Admissions Details

Admissions at CCS CHHINDWARA (CITY CENTRE SCHOOL, CHHINDWARA) are purely based on an oral interaction with the child considering the age factor.

Steps for Registration and Admission

• Parents have to take the admission form from the school office.
• The Registration form, duly filled in all respect, should be submitted to the school office within 03 days from the date of collection of the form.
• After scrutinizing the Registration forms the parents will be informed about an oral interaction date for their child / children.
• After the successful completion of oral interaction ( if required) parents are informed for admission formalities.

Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission

For Nursery class to KG II

• Three recent passport size colour photographs of the child and one each of both parents.
• Birth Certificate, (Xerox copy mandatory).
• SSSMID (Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission ID is mandatory to submit.

For class 1st onward

• All above the documents.
• School leaving/transfer certificate Report Card from previous session in originals. 
• Previous session Report Card (Xerox copy).
